1. Product Condition for Returns
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging as when delivered. Opened or used products will not be eligible for return.
2. Notification of Return
Any return request must be communicated on the same day the items are received. Please email us with the necessary details.
3. Return Timeframe
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees and packing charges are non-refundable, regardless of the return reason.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for returning the products to the store at their own risk. We do not cover any return shipping costs. Only the value of the product will be refunded.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned products meet the above conditions and are received at our store, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days.
